Shift Manager - Cabin John Village
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and dedicated person to help lead our team. The shift manager works directly with the General Manager to ensure that our bakery is properly staffed and that all processes and procedures are being followed while maintaining our high quality & cleanliness standards. It is important that this individual leads by example and treats our team members with kindness and respect while holding them accountable to our standards and rules. You’ll be responsible for managing the customer experience: from a warm greeting, to delivering warm pretzels, to making sure guests leave with a warm feeling.
You’ll be a great addition to the team if you:
Have experience managing & training others.
Feel comfortable holding team members accountable for punctuality, behavior, and work performance/product output
Are a creative thinker and problem solver
Understand how to complete daily checklists by delegating tasks
Maintain a clean shop, and enforce daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
Work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Can work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
